Your Engineers, Leading an AI Engineering Team.

Nebula Swarm is a crew of specialist AI agents that plans, builds, tests and reviews inside your repo and Jira. Nebula Swarm is built for quality first: an agent that didn't write the work checks every plan and every change. We install it on site and train your team to run it in one day. Then it's yours.

Runs on

  • Claude Code
  • Codex
  • Gemini CLI
  • Copilot

These four work out of the box. Nebula Swarm also runs on other models, including DeepSeek and local LLMs.

In six weeks on Nebula Swarm, Deliveri added 7,673 automated tests with 0 production rollbacks, and median build time per ticket was 3.3 hours, against 15.2 for its human team. How we measured

Product manager · Architect · UX designer · Dev manager · Developers · Tester · Code reviewer · Docs

  1. Install. Nebula Swarm set up in your repo, Jira and Confluence, tuned to your conventions.
  2. Train. Your people ship real tickets with it on your own product, with us in the room.
  3. Own. Perpetual licenses. Plain files in your repo that you can read, change and extend.

Seven Agents Plan One Feature at Once.

One command, /prd-extend, starts seven planning agents in parallel. Three product managers draft backlogs, two architects and two UX designers set constraints, and a reducer merges all seven into one plan.

You Can't Prompt Your Way to a Good Product.

Most teams bought AI coding seats and got faster typing. The software didn't get much better, because the tool was never the bottleneck. The process was.

"We already have the seats."

Seats made Deliveri fast: on plain Claude Code, with no shared process and no reviewer, it reached 22 tickets a week. Nebula Swarm added a written plan, a test for every acceptance criterion and an independent review on every ticket, and the same team still reached 29. Seats write the code. The process is what makes it code you can trust.

"We'll build our own harness."

Your engineers could. But Nebula Swarm already exists, it's proven on a live product, and it's plain files you extend with your own agents and skills. Spend that time on your product instead.

More Work Goes In. Better Software Comes Out.

Every project starts from a written north star. Specialist agents plan it, build it in parallel, test it and review it. You approve the plan and merge the pull request. That's more work per change than prompting one agent, and it's deliberate: every extra step is another chance to catch a problem before it ships. Software you can trust is what lets your team take on harder products.

Every Plan and Pull Request Gets an Adversarial Review.

A different agent reviews each one, and its only job is to find what's wrong. Work goes back until it passes, so gaps are fixed before you approve the plan or merge the code. A problem the reviewer catches gets fixed or ticketed before merge, not found later by your users.

None of them grade their own homework.

Tools Don't Change Teams. Training Does.

We come on site for one full day and train your team on your real product, not a demo app. Then we check in at day 15 and day 30, and your team runs it on its own.

  1. Morning

    Deploy & Scope.

Install Nebula Swarm, scan your repo into memory, record your baseline, turn a real idea into a PRD.

  2. Midday

    Plan.

Rule on the open decisions, turn the PRD into Jira tickets, and plan each person's first ticket.

  3. Afternoon

    Build & Review.

Every author builds, reviews and merges a pull request. Queue the first overnight run.

  4. Day 15 · Day 30

    Check-ins.

Read the scorecard, unblock what's stuck, and extend Nebula Swarm with your own agents.

Every trained author ships a real ticket before we leave.

Runs Where Your Team Already Works.

AI models:
  • Claude Code
  • OpenAI Codex
  • Gemini CLI
  • GitHub Copilot

These four work out of the box. Nebula Swarm also runs on other models, including DeepSeek and local LLMs, when you point one of these tools at them.

Your tools:
  • GitHub
  • Jira
  • Confluence

Jira and Confluence are optional. Nebula Swarm has its own ticket board and project memory, kept as plain files in your repo.

Runs in:

The terminal inside your IDE

  • VS Code
  • Cursor
  • JetBrains

Multi-LLM.

Task state lives in files, so a different model can pick up where another left off.

Token-Efficient.

Each agent gets only the context its job needs. Deliveri runs Nebula Swarm mostly on a single Claude Max 20x plan. (Founder-reported, not measured.)

Context Discipline.

No single session holds the whole job. Plans, verdicts and memory live in files the next step can find.

Extensible.

Plain text files in your repo. Add your own agents and workflows.

Mono-Repo or Multi-Repo.

A shared knowledge graph links your repositories, so agents understand how your services connect.

Many People. One Repo. No Stepping on Each Other.

  • Own workspace per ticket. Every task gets its own worktree, branch and ports.
  • Claimed, not grabbed. A ticket is claimed once, so two people never start the same work.
  • Merges one at a time. Real code conflicts stop the run and wait for a person.
  • A person merges every change into main.

We Built Nebula Swarm to Run Our Own Companies First.

Jason Brown founded Deliveri, and Claudio Cannizzaro built Optiverse. Both co-founded Sidera Labs. Deliveri's numbers cover its first six weeks on Nebula Swarm, measured from GitHub, Jira and CI.

Deliveri: A Shipping Platform for Online Sellers.

  • 7,673automated tests added in six weeks
  • 0production rollbacks
  • 15.2 h → 3.3 hmedian build time per ticket
  • 2.0 → 29.4tickets completed per week
  • ~12.5 ha day with at least one agent working (measured over 14 days)

“Since we started using Nebula Swarm, we haven't had to roll back a single production release. It's that thorough.” [confirm: Jason's wording, and none since 8 Oct]

— Jason Brown, founder of Deliveri and co-founder of Sidera Labs Measured: 0 production rollbacks, 26 Aug–8 Oct 2026.

Six weeks of data, and most of the jump over the old team came from AI agents in general. Nebula Swarm added the rest, and the tests. We show both.

Optiverse: A Desktop Analytics App for Options Traders.

Optiverse puts live options data, pricing and portfolio risk on one screen, on Windows and macOS. It's a different kind of build from Deliveri: real time, desktop and math-heavy, not a web platform.

  • It streams live data from two brokers, Interactive Brokers and tastytrade, through their official APIs, and sends an order only when the trader confirms it.
  • Its Monte Carlo risk engine reprices every option on the user's own machine, and its trade journal is reconciled against the broker.

Higher-quality output is what makes a build like this practical. In software that streams live market data and sends orders to a broker, a wrong number isn't a cosmetic bug.
